It was basically the remnants of our booze store. We first called it a Festival Russian but since then we have been having it for breakfast at festivals 🙂 We have also had it for breakfast at Christmas & birthdays so it's versatile! It is also easy on the stomach & particularly fabulous when you have no reason to drive for 3-5 days.
The reason we serve it in cups is that we are essentially sitting in a field rather than our bar.
