Take 3/4 pint of Young's Double Choclate Stout, pour the shot of Cherry Vodka and the optional shot of Vanilla Vodka, then fill the remainder of the glass with the Irish Cream. Slam the pint.

Cherry Mash (or Cherry Bomb) Recipe Information

This drink was thought up by Mark Sullivan of Kansas City, MO. It was intended as an alternative to a traditional Irish Car Bomb. It was first tested at Barley's Brewhaus in Shawnee KS. The interest in this drink brought out the bartender and manager, who later enjoyed this drink after the resturant closed. For a time, the server who brought them out to us was pushing this drink to customers. Later I experimented with adding Vanilla Vodka. It reminded me of the Cherry Mash candy, hence the name.
