2 oz Jamaican dark rum
2 oz red wine
1 oz water
1 slice lemon
1 pinch nutmeg
1 tsp sugar syrup

Hot Benefactor Drink Recipe Instructions


Hot Benefactor Recipe Preparation & Instructions:

Heat sugar syrup in a saucepan with a little water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add jamaican rum and red wine (dry is better) and heat until it simmers. Add syrup to saucepan with a little hot water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pre-warm a mug and pour the mixture in. Add a lemon slice and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
